Feebee will guide you through the woodland and meadows of Gormanston Demesne, teaching you how to identify, harvest, and appreciate the wild edible plants that flourish across the Irish landscape.
You’ll uncover the healing properties, traditional uses, and culinary possibilities of these native treasures—from teas and herbal honeys to natural remedies. Our foraged goodies will be cooked over the fire for our lunch.
Afterwards you will make your own skincare balm to take home with you.
All tools and materials are provided along with teas, coffee, snacks and a fire cooked lunch.
